To each his own,but just know I go forward by what my eyes see and my ears hear, not on twitter or sound bites. February 8, 2017 (Tony Cartalucci - NEO) - In the American cartoon show G.I. Joe, no matter how badly the heroes of G.I. Joe battered the villains of the Cobra organization the previous week, they would return with even more men, weapons, and vehicles. No explanation was ever given as to where Cobra drew these vast resources from, and no explanation was needed - because it was just a children's cartoon.





In real life, however, a similar scenario is unfolding, and a similarly childish narrative is being foisted upon the public to conceal where real villains are drawing their vast resources from. Unlike in a children's cartoon, a real explanation is needed.

The threat of "terror," or "radical Islamist's" as US politicians and media refers to them, has become as cartoonist in reality as Cobra was in fiction.

Organizations like Al Qaeda and the self-proclaimed "Islamic State" (ISIS) appear to draw from inexhaustible reserves of money, men, material, weapons, and even vehicles. They appear capable of transiting national borders, even the seas with fighters, logistical support, and financial resources in quantities that would confound all but the largest, most competent global military forces. 

These terrorist organizations, espousing Wahhabi ideology originating in the Persian Gulf states of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, are waging war simultaneously in Yemen, Syria, Iraq, and Libya, all while carrying out terrorist operations globally from North America and Europe to Eurasia and the Far East.

They are fighting the collective forces of Syria, Iraq, Iran, Russia, and Lebanon's Hezbollah.

Few nations on Earth possess the political, military, and financial resources required to create and sustain such a force, and fewer still, possess the motivation to do so.

A Travel Ban Addressing 


Not Even the Symptoms 

US President Donald Trump's executive order banning entry into the United States of citizens from Syria, Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Yemen,  Libya, and Somalia was predicated on protecting the American people from what the order claimed were "terrorist attacks by foreign nationals admitted to the United States."


The order makes specific reference to the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001 on New York and Washington in which nearly 3,000 would die.

However, the ban in fact omits literally every nation from which the alleged hijackers on September 11 hailed - 15 of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia, 2 from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), 1 from Egypt, and one from Lebanon.

Louvre Attack Exposes 


Impotence of the Travel Ban 



More recently, amid the attack on France's Louvre, the suspect now identified as Abdallah Reda Refai El Hamahmy, was born in Egypt - not on President Trump's list - had traveled to France from the United Arab Emirates - also not on the list - where he had worked for two years as a lawyer. He had also previously traveled to Saudi Arabia - also not on the list - where his wife and child currently reside.

Despite none of the nations the Louvre attack suspect resided in or frequently traveled to being on President Trump's list, he would exclaim in a message posted on social media platform Twitter:

A new radical Islamic terrorist has just attacked in Louvre Museum in Paris. Tourists were locked down. France on edge again. GET SMART U.S.

Yet, by "getting smart," one assumes President Trump means the US should acquiesce to his executive order and the travel ban it authorized. Yet the ban would not have prevented Abdallah Reda Refai El Hamahmy from entering the United States, finding a knife, and attacking any target of his choosing.



It should be noted that suspected hijackers from Egypt and Lebanon, as well as the Louvre attack suspect, were members of or inspired by terrorist organizations funded and politically backed by Saudi Arabia and its Wahhabi neighbors.

In fact, the groups these terrorists are drawn from includes the Muslim Brotherhood, an organization from which Al Qaeda was originally gestated - and a group defended by US and European political interests from states attempting to dismantle their networks, under various excuses including "freedom of expression" and "democracy." 

In this sense, the US and Europe are not just failing to fight terrorism, they are intentionally fueling, aiding and abetting it.

Still, President Trump's supporters maintain that the list included in the executive order originated from the Obama administration, and that Saudi Arabia "may" be added later. However, recent events suggest otherwise.


Actions Speak Louder Than Words 

In addition to omitting Saudi Arabia from the list of nations included in his executive order's travel ban, President Trump would send US warship USS Cole to the coast of Yemen to provide security for Saudi ships in the region.

Saudi warships have been targeted amid the full-scale war Riyadh is waging against its Yemeni neighbors.



The USS Cole is of course the ship attacked in 2000 by Al Qaeda while at port in Aden, Yemen. Seventeen US sailors would die. It is unlikely that a single US warship can "protect" Saudi ships, but it could significantly increase the likelihood of Yemeni forces inadvertently hitting the US ship in an attempt to defend themselves against Saudi attacks.

The logical progression of events after an accidental strike on a US ship by Yemeni forces would be wider US involvement in the Yemeni conflict, on the side of Saudi Arabia - the nation President Trump's supporters believe "may" be added to the travel ban "later."

From Whence Terrorism Really Flows 

It is clear that terrorist organizations, including Al Qaeda and ISIS - cited by US President Donald Trump as the pretext for his recent executive order - are creations and perpetuation's of joint US-Saudi collusion. They have jointly created a global mercenary force that can fight where their regular forces cannot, using tactics and methods on a scale that even their respective covert operations forces could never achieve.

And while it could not be any clearer that these terrorist organizations draw from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates - with US and European backing - the summation of their political, financial, and military resources, President Trump - despite vowing to fight and defeat terrorism - has doubled down on protecting this very source of their power.

By doing so, President Trump ensures that Al Qaeda and ISIS just like the fictional Cobra organization - reappears each week with more men, weapons, and vehicles - no matter how badly battered they were the previous week.

Following the escalation on Friday morning, in which the US Treasury Department published a list of 13 Iranian individuals and 12 Iranian entities facing new restrictions following Iran's recent ballistic missile test, Tehran promptly denounced the latest round of sanctions imposed by the US and said it would retaliate - something it has previously said it would do - however added a new twist when Tehran announced it would impose legal restrictions on American individuals and entities helping "regional terrorist groups", a Foreign Ministry statement read as quoted by TV. 

For obvious reasons, this naming and shaming of US-based terrorists promises to be far more interesting than if Iran were to actually ban, say, the US national chess team. Such an action will quickly coalesce the world's attention on a handful of US entities, putting under a microscope all of their offshore activities. 

"The new sanctions ... are not compatible with America's commitments and resolution 2231 of the U.N. Security Council that endorsed the nuclear deal reached between Iran and six powers," the Iranian Foreign Ministry statement said late on Friday. 

Tehran said it will react accordingly to any U.S. measure aimed at the Iranian nation's interests. 

"In retaliation for the U.S. sanctions, Iran will impose legal restrictions on some American individuals and entities that were involved in helping and founding regional terrorist groups," the Foreign Ministry statement said. It said names of the entities and individuals would be announced later, although it was not clear when exactly that is. 

As reported earlier, on Friday, the US Treasury Department blacklisted 13 individuals and a dozen businesses as part of the sanctions. The majority of the individuals in question are from Iran, as well as three Chinese nationals and two Arabs. 

"Iran's continued support for terrorism and development of its ballistic missile program poses a threat to the region, to our partners worldwide, and to the United States," John E. Smith, acting director of the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control, said. He added that in countering what he called "Iranian malign activity," Washington will not hesitate to put more pressure and restrictions "to address this behavior." 

Countering rising US rhetoric, Iran’s foreign minister, Javad Zarif, said in a twitter post that "Iran unmoved by threats as we derive security from our people." 

"We'll never initiate war, but we can only rely on our own means of defense," he stressed. Iran's Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan noted that Tehran "will not allow foreigners to interfere” in the country's defense issues and insisted “the test did not violate the nuclear deal or (UN) Resolution 2231." 

The international agreement referred to by the Iranian Foreign Ministry in its statement on counter sanctions against the US, is the so-called P5+1 agreement. The pact was signed by six major world powers (Russia, China, the US, Britain, France, and Germany) and Iran in July 2015. Under the treaty, Tehran agreed to reduce the number of its centrifuges by two-thirds. 

Late on Friday Paul Ryan said that despite the new sanctions, Iran's Nuclear Deal, key to keeping the price of oil from spiking, the Iran nuclear deal is likely to stay in place. That however may change depending on what US-based names Iran drops as helping "regional terrorist groups." Once Iran unveils the list, we will update this post.

OROVILLE DAM IS PROBABLY DOOMED UPDATE: Maybe not if they accept the complete death of the normal spillway.

UPDATE: They are going to just open up the damaged spillway and let it rip. That would be a good move as far as I see it, because it will put the worst erosion more than a thousand feet away from the top, rather than risk whatever happens if they use the overflow and put the erosion right at the top.

New damage proves probable doom

This photo above shows the damaged after they did a small release to see how the damage would progress if they tried to use the spillway. As you can see, it is total doom, because it is working its way up the dam rather than down it. The next photo down is making the rounds, claiming it was a maintenance issue. Though that might be possible, I still think it is improbable and that what has happened is the result of sabotage.

This doom photo to the left here shows it has progressed up the dam to where the maintenance trucks are in the photo below. The trucks in the maintenance photo could have been there for any reason. And IF they are at the point of the original failure (that is hard to determine but I don't think so) all it proves is that the democrats who have been destroying California for decades now chose to neglect things rather than repair them, and it is still their fault. This happened after Arnold was out, but I don't think he'd have done anything either because he's a worthless pocket stuffer as bad as any democrat.

What we are seeing at Oroville is cold hard proof that environmentalists, democrats, all of what has been running America lately have real consequences in the real world and it really does not matter how much they can spew about how great they are when we can look at the results right here. There is an extremely high chance of total catastrophe now. I was totally depressed last night over this, because there is true impending doom that would have NEVER happened in Trump's America and there is nothing at all that can be done about it now, we just have to watch whatever happens unfold.

AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL ADMITS SYRIAN "SAYDNAYA" REPORT FABRICATED ENTIRELY IN UK

February 9, 2017 (Tony Cartalucci - LD) - Amnesty International's 48 page report titled, "Syria: Human Slaughterhouse: Mass Hangings and Extermination at Saydnaya Prison, Syria," boasts bold claims, concluding:
...the Syrian authorities’ violations at Saydnaya amount to crimes against humanity. Amnesty International urgently calls for an independent and impartial investigation into crimes committed at Saydnaya.

However, even at a cursory glance, before even reading the full body of the report, under a section titled, "Methodology," Amnesty International admits it has no physical evidence whatsoever to substantiate what are admittedly only the testimony of alleged inmates and former workers at the prison, as well as figures within Syria's opposition.

Within the section titled, "Methodology," the report admits:

Despite repeated requests by Amnesty International for access to Syria, and specifically for access to detention facilities operated by the Syrian authorities, Amnesty International has been barred by the Syrian authorities from carrying out research in the country and consequently has not had access to areas controlled by the Syrian government since the crisis began in 2011. Other independent human rights monitoring groups have faced similar obstacles.

In other words, Amnesty International had no access whatsoever to the prison, nor did any of the witnesses it allegedly interview provide relevant evidence taken from or near the prison.

The only photographs of the prison are taken from outer space via satellite imagery. The only other photos included in the report are of three men who allege they lost weight while imprisoned and a photo of one of eight alleged death certificates provided to family members of detainees who died at Saydnaya.

The alleged certificates admittedly reveal nothing regarding allegations of torture or execution.

Articles like, "Hearsay Extrapolated - Amnesty Claims Mass Executions In Syria, Provides Zero Proof," provide a detailed examination of Amnesty's "statistics," while articles like, "Amnesty International “Human Slaughterhouse” Report Lacks Evidence, Credibility, Reeks Of State Department Propaganda," cover the politically-motivated nature of both Amnesty International and the timing of the report's promotion across the Western media.

However, there is another aspect of the report that remains unexplored - the fact that Amnesty International itself has openly admitted that the summation of the report was fabricated in the United Kingdom at Amnesty International's office, using a process they call "forensic architecture," in which the lack of actual, physical, photographic, and video evidence, is replaced by 3D animations and sound effects created by designers hired by Amnesty International.

Amnesty Hired Special Effects 
Experts to Fabricate "Evidence" 

In a video produced by Amnesty International accompanying their report, titled, "Inside Saydnaya: Syria's Torture Prison," the narrator admits in its opening seconds that Amnesty International possesses no actual evidence regarding the prison.





The video admits:

There are almost no pictures of its exterior [except satellite images] and none from inside. And what happens within its walls is cloaked in secrecy, until now. 
Viewers are initially led to believe evidence has emerged, exposing what took place within the prison's walls, but the narrator continues by explaining: 
We've devised a unique way of revealing what life is like inside a torture prison. And we've done it by talking to people who were there and have survived its horrors...

...and using their recollections and the testimony of others, we've build an interactive 3D model which can take you for the first time inside Saydnaya. 
The narrator then explains:
In a unique collaboration, Amnesty International has teamed up with "Forensic Architecture" of Goldsmiths, University of London, to reconstruct both the sound and architecture of Saydnaya prison, and to do it using cutting-edge digital technology to create a model. 

In other words, the summation of Amnesty International's presentation was not accumulated from facts and evidence collected in Syria, but instead fabricated entirely in London using 3D models, animations, and audio software, based on the admittedly baseless accounts of alleged witnesses who claim to have been in or otherwise associated with the prison.



Eyal Weizman, director of "Forensic Architecture," would admit that "memory" alone was the basis of both his collaboration with Amnesty International, and thus, the basis for Amnesty's 48 page report:[Another Jewish Structure pushing Western Culture in the direction it should go,I am not surprised,what I am amazed at is how many idiots there are in America who do not understand that Jewish culture has no more intention of assimilating into Western culture then Muslim culture does. The irony in all this madness is that the Jewish and Muslim cultures are one and the same, and one of them IS USING THE WESTERN CULTURE to destroy the other.D.C]  

Memory is the only resource within which we can start [to] reconstruct what has taken place. What does it feel like to be a prisoner in Saydnaya? 
Weizman's organization, "Forensic Architecture," on its own website, describes its activities:[In reality M.I.6 D.C.]
Forensic Architecture is a research agency based at Goldsmiths, University of London. It includes a team of architects, scholars, filmmakers, designers, lawyers and scientists to undertake research that gathers and presents spatial analysis in legal and political forums. 

We provide evidence for international prosecution teams, political organisations, NGOs, and the United Nations in various processes worldwide. Additionally, the agency undertakes historical and theoretical examinations of the history and present status of forensic practices in articulating notions of public truth.

In other words, special effects experts and their tools - usually employed in the creation of fictional movies for the entertainment industry or for architectural firms to propose yet-to-exist projects - are now being employed to fabricate evidence in a political context when none in reality exists. 

While the work of "Forensic Architecture" may be of interest to developing theories, it is by no means useful in providing actual evidence - evidence being understood as an actual available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid - not a fabricated body of supposed facts or information.

The work of "Forensic Architecture" and the witness accounts gathered by Amnesty International - all of which were admittedly gathered outside of Syria - would form the basis of an initial inquiry, not a final report nor the basis of a conclusion that human rights violations not only took place, but that they constituted crimes against humanity and demanded immediate international recourse.

Amnesty International's report lacked any actual evidence, with its presentation consisting instead of admittedly fabricated images, sounds, maps, and diagrams. Amnesty - lacking actual evidence - instead abused its reputation and the techniques of classical deception to target and manipulate audiences emotionally. What Amnesty International is engaged in is not "human rights advocacy," but rather politically-motivated war propaganda simply hiding behind such advocacy.

Exposing this technique of openly and shamelessly fabricating the summation of an internationally released report - promoted unquestioningly by prominent Western papers and media platforms, including the BBC, CNN, the Independent, and others - prevents Amnesty and other organizations like it from continuing to use the trappings of science and engineering as cover to deliver monstrous lies to the public.

Trump has appointed two critics of net neutrality, Verizon consultant Jeff Eisenach and former Sprint lobbyist Mark Jamison, to his Federal Communications Commission (FCC) transition team.

Open internet advocates say these two appointments spell doom for net neutrality.

Net neutrality ensures a level playing field on the internet by preventing internet service providers (ISP) from creating “fast lanes” that give special treatment for content creators or web companies that pay extra fees.

"If President-elect Trump were the least bit sincere about his claims to ‘drain the swamp’ of lobbyists and special-interest operatives, he couldn’t have done much worse than selecting these two," writes Timothy Karr, senior director of strategy at Free Press.


There has been much speculation about Trump's foreign policy:


1. In 2012, America's National Intelligence Council, the center for strategic thinking within the United States Intelligence Community, predicted:


"By 2030 Asia will have surpassed North America and Europe combined in terms of global power, based on GDP, population size, military spending and technological investment...



"The era of American ascendancy in international politics that began in 1945 - is fast winding down."

2. The Pentagon can try to destabilize Asia by using its Islamist Jihadis to cause trouble in India, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and other parts of Asia.

The Lido Lakes Hotel, in Indonesia, is to become a 6-star, “ultra luxury” resort developed by Trump Hotels.

Trump and his cronies may decide to make money from trading with Asia.

Trump has business interests in such countries as Indonesia and India.


Kissinger pioneered the policy of 'pretended friendship', called détente, with the Soviet Union.

At the same time, Kissinger befriended China and formed with China a secret anti-Soviet alliance.


Trump has been taking advice from Kissinger.

3. Trump is to get the USA to quit the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).

Obama had said that the 12-nation regional trade deal (TPP) was a way of increasing American leadership in Asia.

China was not included in the deal.

"The Chinese government will rejoice to hear Donald Trump promise that the US will quit the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) on his first day in the White House."



China will now try to replace the USA as the country that Asians should do deals with.

China will point out to Asians, Africans and South Americans that it is a more reliable trade partner than the USA.

However, there is a belief that Trump  may not actually place high tariffs on Chinese goods.

4. When it comes to foreign policy, Trump's main aim may be to make money for his family and his cronies.

After the November 2016 election, Trump met in New York with Indian business developers of Trump Towers Pune.

"Discussions followed with members of the Trump family about possible deals in a market where the Trump Organization has projects worth $1.5 billion, local newspapers reported."


"Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner sat in on a recent meeting with Shinzo Abe, the Japanese prime minister.

"Foreign diplomats were gathered at Trump International Hotel in Washington DC last week to hear a sales pitch, the Washington Post reported on November 18."



Trump has struck real estate deals in South Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Uruguay, Panama, India and Turkey, among other countries.


"Trump has sent campaign letters on company letterhead.

"He has talked up his buildings during presidential debates. 

"He has channelled campaign funds into his own companies. 

"He has appointed family members and business buddies to political advisory positions. 

"And in one memorable March incident, he used a campaign event at his Florida home to fill the stage with products bearing his name, and talked at length about how terrific they were...


"In his “Contract with the American Voter,” a plan for his first 100 days in office, Trump promised to use “public-private partnerships, and private investments through tax incentives, to spur $1 trillion in infrastructure investment over ten years.” 

"Public-private infrastructure partnerships could mean plenty of business for real estate firms with past business ties to Trump."






5. In the Middle East, Russia is an ally of Iran. 

Both support Assad.

If Trump supports Israel against Iran, then Russia will be upset.


6. There are reports that Trump is preparing to send troops into Syria and Iraq.


"The US troops would be joined by the forces of Turkey, Jordan and the Gulf States."


According to Jerusalem-based DEBKAfile, Trump's National Security Adviser, Lieutenant General Michael Flynn, is "secretly in close touch with the Head of the Russian Security Council, Nikolai Patrushev, as well as President Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey and Jordan's King Abdullah."

The website claims that the group has been engaged in secret discussions to prepare for a combined assault in Iraq and Syria, shortly after Trump is sworn in as president in January 2017.

"Their plan of operation would also involve the regular armies of Turkey, Jordan, Iraq and Persian Gulf nations," DEBKAfile reported.











In 1986, President Reagan chose Jeff Sessions to serve as a judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, but at the time the Senate found him too racist for the post.

Trump wants Sessions to be the US Attorney General.

Breitbart strategically omits that at the rally in Paris, John Bolton, Rudy Giuliani, and Newt Gingrich were also present, pledging support to the terrorist organization – side-by-side a government admittedly arming Al Qaeda and ISIS in Syria and Iraq.

White's stepfather was stationed at the National Naval Medical Center.

White has said that she was sexually and physically abused between the ages of six and thirteen, by different people on different occasions.[4][5][6]

White has ministered to Michael Jackson as well as Donald Trump.
